Dale O'Dell

Dale is one of swFloridaGroup.com's team leaders. Dale started his southwest Florida real estate career in 1994 after selling his software development company and computer store located in Walled Lake, Michigan. Seeing a need for internet back office management tools he began developing his software while still learning and selling real estate. After years of development it found it's way into more than 10% of the top 100 real estate firms in the U.S. Dale now develops exclusively for swFloridaGroup.com.

Liz Mcgrath

Liz is also a swFloridaGroup team leader. In addition to her Broker status, Liz also holds a mortgage brokers licsense and appraisers as well. Liz is our expert on compliance and customer satisfaction. She has over 20 years experience in real estate and is a long time resident of southwest Florida. Liz prides herself.....
